YOUR DAILY RESPONSIBILITY

You look after your own customer portfolio and manage the operational and strategic day-to-day business of your accounts on Amazon marketplaces throughout Europe.
You ensure that a clear plan of activities is in place to achieve or better still exceed the client's own developed targets, develop client-specific growth strategies and implement measures.
You will regularly analyse the performance of your accounts using multiple data sources and tools to ensure that performance is continuously optimised across all areas and you will be able to contribute to the development of your own tool landscape and adapt it to the needs of our clients.
You ensure that your accounts are brilliantly represented on the marketplaces through top-notch product content, including images, enhanced content, keywords, local language translation, promotional campaigns, etc.
You coordinate and implement projects, have the desire to solve every challenge our customers face and are creative and flexible in finding solutions. You prepare and conduct customer meetings. Customer communication is your passion and the development of long-term partnerships with added value for both sides is the goal.
You contribute to the further development of internal procedures and processes.

YOUR BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Successfully completed commercial training or studies in the field of business administration, marketing, communication science or comparable field of study (Bachelor's degree; Master's degree an advantage)
approx. 1-2 years of professional experience in the e-commerce environment; ideally you already have some experience with the Amazon retail platform (SellerCentral or VendorCentral)
You have excellent written and oral communication skills in German (native speaker) and a very good command of English; any other language is an advantage
You enjoy customer contact and have negotiating skills
You are flexible in tackling complex problems and have a strong focus on problem solving and service orientation
You have analytical skills that you use to solve problems and optimise and simplify existing processes and practices
You have very good time management and organisational skills
You can juggle multiple competing priorities and create a sense of urgency in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
You have strong Microsoft Office skills especially for PowerPoint and Excel
You have the willingness to roll up your sleeves and "dig deep" to achieve goals
You are ready for action and work carefully, independently and solution-oriented
